Orders are now being accepted for the newest Frank L. Melega Limited Edition, “Dunlap Creek Bridge”. Publication date is August 14, 2009. Your purchase will also be contributing to the completion of the new Frank L. Melega Art Museum!
The entire proceeds from the sale, minus costs, will go directly to construction costs of the new museum, located on the first floor of the Historic Flatiron Building, Brownsville, PA. We are over half way to our goal. Your help is appreciated. Donations are also accepted.
“Dunlap Creek Bridge” depicts the first cast-iron bridge built in America. The year 1839, Brownsville was a thriving community providing the wherewithal for pioneers making their journey west. The Historic Flatiron Building, home of the Frank L. Melega Art Museum was only six years old.
